12 September - First sailing day
"7:00 down from our beds (if you can call them like that). Dreams are very different from reality. We dreamt of a beautiful calm sea and a simple work on board, but as you can imagine the sea was rough and we had hard time against seasickness. At the same time cleaning the ship (that got immediately dirty). The cleaning consisted of brushing the deck, the floor, toilet… everything.
Around 10 o'clock the captain whose second name is the god of the "Black Knight" decided to raise the sails. Hardly anybody knew what to do, but thanks to the help of the mates we got the sails working. The "Black Knight" was wonderful and we were all very excited.
After a while we had session time and everybody seemed "very awake" for the happiness of our trainer's efforts. Everything was postponed till 3 o'clock. Suddenly at 1 o'clock we were all running to the front deck. Is was "LUNCH TIME" just after a few minutes our plates were spotless.
At 3 o'clock everybody was sleeping again guess why? : "Session Time". Luckily we soon woke up talking about communication and the basis to negotiate. Making games to learn how different we are and surely we are!
Roberto the cook spoilt us with biscuits and soon later a nice dinner.
Now we are doing a night watch and are enjoying a beautiful sky full of stars, good night from watch 4."
